Sid appears to be a well natured man, showing some potential early on, earning an apron from Gordon, however he was sadly unable to keep up during the Steak and Mash pressure test, making a questionable sauce and being unable to find his potato masher, leading to his elimination despite his steak being good despite lacking seasoning by not adding pepper.
