This is the longest, hardest walk of my life. If my head was any lower, it’d be scraping the ground.

Scott Little was a contestant on Season 3 of MasterChef. He ranked in 13th place.

Personality[]

Scott was shown to be a humble and extraordinarily kind individual, never getting into conflicts with any other contestants, while also admitting to his faults whenever his dishes were not up to his own standards. While he showed lots of potential, he later struggled throughout the competition, making multiple mistakes such as serving poorly executed profiteroles in the first Mystery Box challenge, as well as torching the top of this apple pie in his first and only Pressure Test, and was ultimately sent home in the dessert Invention Test after a downward spiral, and having issues with cooking desserts and dessert-like dishes as a whole. While he was not seen as a strong competitor, he was still generally well-liked among his fellow contestants, as he was a good team player and had a big heart. He developed a strong friendship with Mike during his time on the show, and managed to tolerate Ryan.

Trivia[]

Quotes[]

  • (Called up for his Mystery Box Dish) “My mind is racing right now. I-I know my dish wasn’t 100% perfect. It was not executed properly.”
  • (Presenting his Apple Pie) “This is the longest, hardest walk of my life. If my head was any lower, it’d be scraping the ground.”
  • (After being eliminated) "The best thing I'm going to take away from the competition is the experience from it. I learned so much from these 3 gentlemen and also my fellow competitors. I'm absolutely walking away a winner, I'm just not winning MasterChef, but what it did is get me honed in and now I can actually keep on winning in my own life and I plan to do that."
